Phyllis Ruana from Corvallis, MT walked in Missoula’s Festival of the Dead parade on Nov. 2 to remember her many friends that died in the last year on Nov. 2. She said she was leaving at 4 a.m. the next morning to attend her sister in-laws funeral. “I needed something to settle my mind,” she said.
